Chris Cronenwett is a member of Sandner Commercial’s leasing and brokerage team. Chris is a graduate of The University of Detroit School of Business Administration. A four year lettermen in golf, Chris relocated to the south after graduation to pursue a career in professional golf.
After several years of competitive national events, mini tour events and local PGA events, Chris retired from golf and began a career in commercial sales and risk management.
Some of his historic clients include Old Spaghetti Factory, Cascade Companies, Midland Investment Properties, as well as, franchise auto dealers.
Chris specializes in the leasing and brokerage of industrial, office and retail properties and works with financial institutions to facilitate the repositioning and disposition of problem assets.
