Eric Higgins is a member of Sandner Commercial Real Estate's sales and leasing team where he specializes in tenant representation for office and industrial users, including acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, lease renewals, build-to-suit and design build projects.
Most recently, Eric was responsible for identifying acquisitions and repositioning opportunities for Capstone Development Corp. Prior to that, he worked for Colonial Properties Trust/The Colonial Company in Montgomery, AL. Eric has been involved with over 158,000,000 of sales and development volume.
Eric holds the highly coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is the current past President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
In October 2011, Eric was elected 1st Regional Vice President of Region 9 for the CCIM Institute.
Eric has completed transactions with CACI, Inc., CRH DAS, SAIC, NCI, and Dominion Building Products, a division of ASSA ABLOY.
