JOE SANDNER, III has been in the real estate business in Birmingham, Alabama for over 25 years. He is the qualifying broker for Sandner Commercial Real Estate and is licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi. Although he specializes in tenant representation, he has significant experience in office and industrial property project leasing, project repositioning, development, acquisition, and disposition.
Joe is a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). He has been previously recognized by the Birmingham Association of Realtors as its Top Producer and is a Life Member in the Million Dollar Sales Club.
