JOE SANDNER, IV graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Masters in Accounting. Prior to entering the real estate profession he spent four years as a tax professional in a mid-market public accounting firm, Sellers, Richardson, Watson, Haley and Logan.
He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, in addition to providing tenant representation, project leasing, and real estate advisory services to his clients.
Joe was one of the first LEED accredited real estate professionals in Alabama. He is currently on the board of directors for City Action Partnership, Oasis Counseling Center, and the Birmingham Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). Joe is a 2008 participant of Leadership UAB, a 2010 honoree of the Birmingham Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 and a 2010/2011 participant of Leadership Birmingham. He is also a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club and the Monday Morning Quarterback Club.
