Cash Acme subleases at SouthBridge

Cash Acme signed a sublease with Sellers Richardson Holman & West, P.C. at SouthBridge Parkway. The tenant is leasing 12,905 square feet. Cash Acme designs and manufactures water pressure, thermostatic, and temperature valves. Joe Sandner, III and Joe Sandner, IV of Sandner Commercial Real Estate represented the sublessor and Scott Hinkle, also of Sandner Commercial, represented the sublessee.

First Protective is dedicated to finding excellent solutions for life and disability insurance and long-term care coverage.
